Christian Leadership Training Program

This 8 to 9 month training program addresses in-depth some of the most important areas that contribute to lasting, effective leadership.  The foundation of our leadership model is the emotional and spiritual maturity of the leader, as who we are (our character, our hearts) profoundly shapes how we engage as leaders.  We also focus on 5 core leadership skills, such as visioning skills and engagement skills, that have a significant impact on helping an organization realize its potential.  The last major segment of the model focuses on the crucial roles of growth and renewal disciplines (such as regular, renewing time away, healthy living) to ensure lasting leadership success.

Participants who have gone through this training have found that it has made a significant difference in how they lead. In particular, they understand more clearly than ever how their character shapes how they lead, and have taken steps through the training to strengthen their character and lead in more powerful ways.
