About Kirk Kirlin, M.Div, M.B.A.
For the last 15 years, Kirk has dedicated his life to strengthening pastors and Christian leaders, primarily through one-on-one coaching. Kirk has logged hundreds of hours as a professional coach to pastors and denominational leaders in more than a dozen denominations in the US.
Kirk has been intrigued by leadership since college, where he received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. He became a Christian while earning his MBA at Harvard and received a call into ministry there. His learning journey eventually led him to earn an M. Div. at Fuller Seminary, with a special emphasis on Christian leadership development, under Dr. J. Robert Clinton.
Kirk has planted a church with his wife Annie, served as an Associate Pastor, and since 2000 has worked as a leadership coach and consultant to pastors with Church Resource Ministries.
Kirk is deeply passionate about helping the church become a more redemptive force in communities across America and the world. This passion shapes his commitment to the character development and leadership acumen of pastors and denominational leaders, as they are key figures in that dream.
Annie and Kirk have six grown children and live in Orange County, California where Annie is completing her Doctorate in Psychology.
