About Jim Boyle, FACHE, M.S.

Jim brings forty years of health care leadership experience, 25 of those years as a CEO, to his passion of serving leaders through coaching and training.  Cypress River helps him realize his dream of pouring into the next generation of Christian leaders, partially by drawing on hard-earned insights gleaned over his career.

Jim earned his B.A. in Theology from Southern Adventist University, and completed his M.S. in Management at Rollins College.  As Jim’s interest in coaching and leadership development grew, he earned certificates in coaching from the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara, CA and from Wisdom Works in Colorado Springs, CO.

Through-out his career, largely in the Adventist Hospital System, Jim has consistently focused on building high performance work environments and healthy cultures, and is recognized as a world class leader by the Gallup Organization.  Jim brings a deep passion to helping leaders serve effectively, and honor their core values.

Jim is happily married to his wife Darleen. They have two adult children and four grandchildren. Jim enjoys playing golf, exercising, reading true life adventures and climbing “fourteeners” near his home in Castle Rock, Colorado.  He currently serves as an elder at his local church.
