Jeff’s longstanding passion has been to coach individuals in discovering and realizing their dreams and goals, while experiencing greater fullness in all aspects of their lives. The opportunity to apply his training and experience to building Christian leaders and the Body of Christ is the providential convergence of his life’s passion and goals.

Jeff began working as a business consultant in 1986 with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) after earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in Industrial Engineering.  In 1992 he returned to school to study psychology and theology at Wheaton College.  He completed his degrees in 2000, including a Masters of Arts in Theology and a Doctor of Psychology.  He is a licensed psychologist based in the Chicago area. In addition to his coaching work, he leads a multi-site therapy practice.

Jeff is happily married to his wife Lynette.  They have three children, Micaela, Madison and Brennan.  They live in Aurora Illinois, and are involved in a local church.
